Please join us for our Kick Off Party on Thursday, June 11th at the Billy Goat Tavern located at 330 S. Wells (Wells & Van Buren) from 6pm to 9pm. After 9pm, we’ll head over to the Buddy Guy’s Legends for an evening of blues with Larry McCray. During this Kick Off Party we will have your membership cards, pins, mugs, and our first edition of our newsletter. We will also have a limited number of t-shirts available for sale - $20 for non-members or $15 for members.
Not yet a member? Come on down! We’ll be happy to take on new members during the celebration and answer any questions regarding the Windy City Blues Society
For members that cannot attend the Kick Off Party, we’ll send your membership materials to you.

Hello there !! Im a blueslover who will bring my bluesband Bad Sign all the way from Sweden to see Chicago Blues Festival this year. What do I need to do to go to your kickoff party ? And witch bluesband do you recomend to see on the festival ?? Best wishes from Thomas Einarsson, Sweden
Two acts I would highly recommend are Lurrie Bell, and Lil Ed and the Blues Imperials.
