Anna D. from Hickory Hills writes in her YELP Review,
" You will not be disappointed in this place, it is now my new favorite bbq! The three of us were humming yummies at our table.
Brisket was full of flavor & tender!
Pulled pork melted in your mouth especially with that bbq sauce!
The beans were tangy with bits of bbq. Mac was perfect with some gooey edges. Potatoe salad was unique in flavor with just a bit of picante. Save room for the bourbon bread pudding...omgggg to die for!!! "
Fresh ingredients we make all our doughs, sauces, dressings and our house sausage blend from scratch as we strive to give our best to you and your family from our woodfire kitchen."
We will be serving,
Jerk Chicken,
Rib tips
Salmon Bites,
Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail
Jerk Pork Belle.
Sirlion bites
Jamaican beef Patties and more.
"Inspired by two centuries of waffle making technique perfected by street vendors in Liège, Belgium, the combination of brioche dough and nib sugar make the sensation of our waffle unlike any other. On the waffle iron, part of the sugar caramelizes, and part maintains its natural form creating a sensational flavor and texture. By far an ELEVATED waffle experience!"

Joined together by a love of early swingin’ rock and roll, the Hungry Williams play music that puts a smile on your face and a spring in your step. Legendary Midwest drummer and leader John Carr has assembled a group of like-minded R&B gurus who deliver the goods. Lead singer Kelli Gonzalez belts it out of the park with sass and charm, while the rest of the core group including Mike Sieger on bass, Joe Vent on guitar, and Jack Stewart on keys make it jump all night long. With a sax section adding grease to the skillet, the Hungry Williams rock, swing, jump, and stroll at every show, making sure everyone takes some time to leave their worries behind and have some fun. Three-time Grammy-nominated, multiple Blues Music Award winner, Blues Hall of Famer, and American blues legend John Primer has undisputedly helped build the sound and style of Chicago blues as we know it today. John was the bandleader and guitarist for Muddy Waters, Willie Dixon, and Magic Slim & The Teardrops. Having played or recorded with a who's who of blues greats, there are very few fans, critics, or musicians who will deny the fact that John Primer is the real deal.
